Designed to be used with digital playback machines for backing track use when failure cannot be tolerated. Two synchronised players are connected to this unit - which will change over automatically if the main machine output should fail.

Units can be connected together if further channels are required - these will all be controlled and switched together. There are no limits to the number that can be linked together.

 Rear panel balanced TRS jack sockets, with parallel connected 25 way 'D' sub connector

 Jack socket for connection of main machine monitor tone on rear panel

 Link in and out jack sockets to enable further  units to be connected if more than 8 channels are required

 External universal power supply - can be used anywhere in the world - without adjustment - two PSU's can be connected if required

 Main and standby machines can be switched manually from the front panel, or with a footswitch if required.

If manual control of the switching is required - the front panel toggle switch can be used, or foot switches with LED indication of the status possible. These should be easy to build yourself - or they can be obtained from Orchid Electronics if required.
